BTT62001ENAXUMA1 is a PROFET™+ 24V single channel, smart high-side power switch. It provides protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. This device is integrated into Smart6 HV technology. It is especially designed to drive lamps upto 1 x R10W 24V or 1 x R5W 12V, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment. It is used in applications such as resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits, most suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps, suitable for 12V and 24V trucks and transportation systems.

• Single channel device, very low stand-by current, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic inputs
• Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD), optimized electromagnetic compatibility
• Logic ground independent from load ground, very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state
• AEC qualified, operating voltage range from 5V to 36V
• ON-state resistance is 400Mohm maximum at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Nominal load current is 1.5A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Output leakage current is 0.1µA typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Load current limitation is 11A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Inverse current capability is 1A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
