PZ2121A

PZ2121A is a high-speed precision source/measure unit (SMU) featuring best-in-class narrow pulse width, fast digitizer mode, fast transient response, and seamless current measurement ranging. The PZ2121A is capable of pulsed/dynamic measurements with best-in-class narrow pulse width down to 10μs and fast digitizer mode with a sampling rate up to 15MSa/s. The Keysight PX0105A low inductance cable is well-designed for the PZ2121A and reduce the measurement error caused by the cable inductance in narrow pulsed measurements. These capabilities make the PZ2121A suitable for emerging applications such as vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) optical devices.
