ADG508A is a CMOS monolithic analogue multiplexer with eight channels. This device switches one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process that gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages.

• Low power dissipation is 28mW maximum
• Low leakage is 20pA typical
• Off isolation is 68dB typ at (VEN = 0.8V, RL = 1Kohm, CL = 15pF)
