ADM1811 is a microprocessor reset circuit is used in any application where an electronic system needs to be reset when a voltage increases above or below a predetermined value. Because of the reset delay time incorporated into this series, these devices provide a safe start-up for electronic systems. Before a system initializes, the power supply must stabilize. Using this series ensures that there are typically 150ms for the power supply to stabilize before the system resets and safe system initialization begins. Typical applications are microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, automotive systems.

• Supply voltage range from 1 to 5.5V (TA=0°C to 105°C, VCC=full operating range)
• Supply current is 9µA typical (VCC=5.5V, VCC <gt/> VTH, no load, TA=−40°C to +105°C)
• Output capacitance is 10pF
• Reset active time is 250ms maximum (VCC=full operating range, TA=−40°C to +105°C)
• Trip point is 4.62V
• RT-3 (SOT-23) package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +105°C
