Prezentare generală a produsului
DAC08 is an 8bit monolithic digital-to-analogue converter. It provides very high speed performance coupled with low cost and outstanding applications flexibility. High voltage compliance complementary current outputs are provided, increasing versatility and enabling differential operation to effectively double the peak-to-peak output swing. In many applications, the outputs can be directly converted to voltage without the need for an external opamp. It is widely used in application such as 8-bit, 1µs A/D converters, servo motor and pen drivers, waveform generators, audio encoders and attenuators, analogue meter drivers, programmable power supplies, LCD display drivers, high speed modems.
- Fast settling output current is 85ns, propagation delay is 35ns at (VS = ±15V, and IREF = 2.0mA)
- Direct interface to TTL, CMOS, ECL, HTL, PMOS
- Full-scale current prematched to ±1LSB
- High output impedance and compliance is −10V to +18V
- Complementary current outputs, reference input slew rate is 8mA/µs
- Wide range multiplying capability, 1MHz bandwidth
- Low FS current drift is ±10ppm/°C, low power consumption is 33mW at ±5V
- Wide operating power supply range is ±4.5V to ±18V
- Nonlinearity is ±0.39%, zero-scale current is 0.2µA typ at (VS = ±15V, IREF = 2.0mA)
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +85°C, packaging style is 16-lead SOIC
