Prezentare generală a produsului
DS1621S+ is a digital thermometer and thermostat. It provides 9-bit temperature readings, which indicate the temperature of the device. The thermal alarm output, TOUT, is active when the temperature of the device exceeds a user-defined temperature TH. The output remains active until the temperature drops below the user-defined temperature TL, allowing for any hysteresis necessary. User-defined temperature settings are stored in non-volatile memory so parts may be programmed prior to insertion in a system. Temperature settings and temperature readings are all communicated to/from the device over a simple 2-wire serial interface. It is used in applications such as thermostatic controls, industrial systems, consumer products, and thermometers.
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Thermometer error is ±2°C maximum at (-55°C to +125°C; VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Active current is 1000µA typical at (-55°C to +125°C; VDD = 3.0V to 5.5V)
- I/O capacitance is 10pF maximum at (-55°C to +125°C; VDD = 3.0V to 5.5V)
- Thermometer resolution is 12-bits
- Thermostatic settings are user definable and non-volatile
- Data is read from/written via a 2-wire serial interface (open drain I/O lines)
- Temperature measurements require no external components
- Converts temperature to digital word in less than 1s
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, SOIC package
