DS2762BE+025/T&R

The DS2762BE+025/T&R is a high precision Li+ battery monitor with alert system in 16 pin TSSOP package. It is a 1-wire battery monitor integrated with single-cell protector. The device alerts system when current or temperature exceeds user-defined limits. This is a low power device with precise temperature, voltage, current measurement, non-volatile (NV) data storage and Li+ protection integrated in small package. The DS2762 is typically used for data-acquisition, information storage, capacity estimation, safety monitoring and cost-sensitive battery pack applications.

• Host alerted when accumulated current or temperature exceeds user-selectable limits
• Current accumulation through 25Mohm internal sense resistor
• Voltage measurement with 4.88mv resolution, 0V battery recovery charge
• Temperature measurement using integrated sensor with 0.125°C resolution
• System power management and control feature support
• 32 bytes of lockable EEPROM, 16 bytes of general-purpose SRAM
• 12bit bidirectional current measurement
