HMC544A

HMC544A is a low cost SPDT switch for use in transmit receive applications which require very low insertion loss at medium power levels. This device can control signals from DC to 4GHz and are especially suited for 450, 900, 1900, 2300, and 2700MHz applications with <lt/>0.5dB insertion loss. This GaAs PHEMT design provides exceptional linearity performance of +36dBm 1dB compression point and +60dBm third order intercept at +3volt bias. RF1 and RF2 are reflective opens when “Off”. On-chip circuitry allows positive control operation at very low DC current. It is used in application such as cellular/PCS/3G Infrastructure, base stations & repeaters, WLAN, WiMAX and WiBro, microwave and fixed wireless radios etc.

• Isolation is 23dB typical at (DC - 1GHz)
• Input third order intercept is 60dBm typical at (0.3GHz - 4GHz)
• Switching characteristic is 30ns typical at (DC - 4GHz)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Package style is compact SOT26 SMT
