HMC547ALC3

HMC547ALC3 is a general-purpose broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch. The wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make this absorptive SPDT ideal for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The switch operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and requires no bias supply. Application includes fibber optics and broadband telecom, microwave radio and VSAT, military radios, radar, and ECM, and test instrumentation.

• Typical isolation is 40dB (10.0 - 20.0GHz frequency, TA=+25°C, with 0/-5V control, 50 ohm)
• Typ return loss is 17dB (DC - 28.0GHz frequency, “on state”, TA=+25°C, with 0/-5V control, 50 ohm)
• Typical return loss RF1, RF2 is 15dB (10.0 - 20.0GHz frequency, “off state”)
• Typical input power for 1dB compression is 16dBm (DC - 0.5GHz frequency, TA=+25°C)
• Typical input third order intercept is 35dBm (DC - 0.5GHz frequency)
• Typical switching characteristics is 3ns (DC - 28.0GHz frequency, tRISE, tFALL (10/90% RF))
