LTC1326CMS8#PBF

LTC1326 is a triple supply monitor intended for system with multiple supply voltages. It provides micropower operation, small size and high accuracy supply monitoring. Tight 0.75% threshold accuracy and glitch immunity ensures reliable reset operation without false triggering. The 20µA typical supply current makes the device ideal for power-conscious systems. It is widely used in application such as desktop computers, notebook computers, intelligent instruments, portable battery-powered equipment etc.

• Active low and active high reset outputs
• Manual push-button reset input
• Internal reset time delay is 200ms
• Guaranteed RESET for VCC3 ≥ 1V or VCC5 ≥ 1V or VCC25 ≥ 1V
• Simultaneously monitors three supplies: 5V, 3.3V and ADJ
• Input current is 4µA typ
• Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C
