MAX22520GWP+

MAX22520GWP+ is a one-time programmable (OTP) industrial sensor output driver. It is a line driver for industrial sensors that incorporates a one-time programmable (OTP) analogue interface for signal conditioning of binary switching sensors. Sensor calibration and configuration settings can be permanently programmed with the inline data interface using one-time programming (OTP). Additionally, an accurate integrated linear regulator provides a programmable (3.3V or 5V) low-noise supply for analogue signal-sensing circuitry. The driver output (DO) is configurable using the Maxim® 1-Wire® protocol and an OTP interface to permanently operate in a normally-open or normally-closed state and in a high-side (PNP), low-side (NPN), or push-pull configuration. The maximum driver load current can be programmed to 100mA (min) or 200mA (min). It is used in applications such as industrial binary sensors, proximity switches, and inductive and magnetic sensors.

• Supply voltage range from 4.75V to 36V, VCC supply current is 22mA typical
• VLDO load regulation is 6mV typical at (VLDO = 3.3V or 5V, 1mA ≤ ILOAD ≤ 30mA)
• Low-to-high driver propagation delay is 9μs typical at (AIN to DO, VCC = 24V, CL = 4nF)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 20-pin WLP package
