MAX3001EAUP+

The MAX3001EAUP+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, 0.1µA, 8-channel low voltage level translator in 20 pin TSSOP package. This device allows data transfer in a multi-voltage system. Externally applied VCC and VL voltage sets the logic levels on either side of the device. Logic signals present on the VL side of the device appear as a higher voltage logic signal on the VCC side of the device and vice-versa.

• Supply voltage range is 1.65V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Data rate of 4Mbps
• Bidirectional level translation without using a directional pin
• Operation down to +1.2V on VL
• ±15KV ESD protection on I/O VCC lines
• Ultra low supply current in shutdown mode is 0.1μA
• Low quiescent current (<lt/>10μA)
