MAX4743EUA+

The MAX4743EUA+ is a low on-resistance, low voltage, single supply, dual SPST analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. This device has fast switching speeds (tON = 24ns, tOFF = 16ns max) with single +3V supply, handle rail to rail analogue signals and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. The MAX4743 has break before make switching. This CMOS switch construction allows switching analogue signals that are within the supply voltage range (GND to V+). When powered from a +3V supply, the device feature low 0.8ohm (max) on-resistance (RON ) with 0.08ohm (max) RON matching and 0.18ohm RON flatness. The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. Typical applications include power routing, battery powered systems, audio/video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems and hard drives.

• 100MHz -3dB on-channel bandwidth, -55dB off isolation at f =1MHz
• 0.02% total harmonic distortion at f = 20Hz to 20KHz with single +3V supply
• Crosstalk of -110dB at +25°C with =3V single supply
