Prezentare generală a produsului
The MAX5947AESA+ is a positive high-voltage, hot-swap controller in 8 pin NSOIC package. This is fully integrated hot-swap controller for +9V to +80V positive supply rails allow for safe insertion and removal of circuit cards into live backplanes without causing glitches on backplane power-supply rail. During start-up, it acts as a current regulator using an external sense resistor and a MOSFET to limit amount of current drawn by the load. The UVLO threshold is adjustable using a resistive divider connected from VCC to ON to GND. It monitors input voltage, output voltage, output current and the die temperature. Device features power-good output to indicate status of output voltage by monitoring the voltage at FB. It is used in hot board insertion, electronic circuit breakers, industrial high-side switch/circuit breakers, network routers and switches and 24V/48V industrial/alarm systems.
