The MAX9613AXT+T is a low power, high efficiency, single, rail to rail I/O op-amp in 6 pin SC-70 package. The low power precision op-amp with rail to rail inputs and outputs. It features precision MOS inputs powered from an internal charge pump to eliminate crossover distortion that is common to complementary input-pair type amplifier architectures. This device is ideal for a large number of signal processing applications such as photodiode transimpedance amplifiers and filtering/amplification of a wide variety of signals in industrial equipment. The device also features excellent RF immunity, making it ideal for portable applications. The MAX9613 feature a self-calibration system(on power-up), eliminating the effects of temperature and power-supply variations. Typical applications include notebooks, portable media players, industrial and medical sensors and general purpose signal processing.
- Supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V at (-40°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Low 100μV (max) VOS
- Supply current is 220μA and Shutdown supply current is 1μA
- Autotrim offset calibration
- Gain bandwidth is 2.8MHz
