PEME2-5-D9-D is a PEME2-D series unregulated DIP isolated DC-DC converter. Housed in a compact 14 pin DIP package and featuring a wide -40 to +105°C operating temperature range, this low power dc-dc converter is ideally suited for applications in the industrial, consumer, and telecom space.
- 4.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, dual unregulated output
- ±9VDC output voltage
- ±11mA minimum and ±111mA maximum output current, 85% efficiency
- 2W isolated output, 3000VDC isolation
- Continuous, self recovery short circuit protection
- No-load input current as low as 8mA
- Designed to meet EN/BS EN 62368
- 220KHz switching frequency at nominal input, full load
- Black flame-retardant and heat-resistant plastic (UL94V-0) case material
- Dimension is 20.32 x 10.16 x 8.20mm
