On March 5th 2018, Keysight significantly upgraded the performance of the 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes. All InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes purchased on or after March 5th, 2018 will receive these enhancements for free. This option is an upgrade path for all 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes sold before March 5th, 2018. Adds the following waveform math functions: Ax + B, Square, Absolute, Common Logarithm, Natural Logarithm, Exponential Base 10, Exponential, Low-pass Filter, High-pass Filter, Measurement Trend, Magnify, Chart Logic Bus Timing, Chart Logic Bus State (equivalent to DSOX3ADVMATH).

• Waveform update rate increases from 50,000 wfm/s to over 200,000 wfm/s
• Memory increase from 100 kpts/ch to 1 Mpts/ch (replaces DSOX2MEMUP)
• Adds Segmented memory, 250 segments (replaces DSOX2SGM)
• Adds rise/fall time trigger, setup/hold time trigger
