EL-WIFI-21CFR-DTC

EL-WIFI-21CFR-DTC is a 21CFR Wi-Fi dual channel thermocouple probe data logging sensor measures the temperature of the environment in which the probes are situated. Featuring industry standard miniature thermocouple connectors, compatible with K, N, J, T probes. 21CFR Cloud delivers all of the flexibility of a remote monitoring system. The Cloud allows you to interact with sensors via any internet-enabled device, manage and monitor multiple sensors in one place, access event logs and set up email alerts. The Cloud also gives access to permission-based use, authority sign-off and full system audit to ensure data monitored and collected is regulated to 21CFR Part 11 standard. If the sensor loses connectivity with the network, it will log readings until it is able to communicate again with the 21CFR Cloud. The sensor is IEEE 802.11bgncompliant and supports WEP, WPA/WPA2 encryption and enterprise networks. Typical applications include food temperature monitoring and facilities management.
