G3T12AP

The G3T12AP is a SPDT non-illuminated process sealed ultra-miniature SMT Toggle Switch with ON-None-ON switch function and gull wing for upright-mount solder switch terminal. It has gold-plated phosphor bronze stationary, movable contacts and terminals, nitrile butadiene rubber sealing rings, polyphenylene sulphide base, actuator and case. The ultra-miniature size allows high density mounting and extremely light weight of 0.6 gram makes these switches ideal for handheld equipment. Heat resistant resin used for housing, base and lever allows vapour phase and infrared convection reflow soldering. The combination of design features achieves total seal and allows automated processing techniques, including flux cleaning procedures one-piece bushing and housing, rubber seals surrounding actuator and base, epoxy at joint of case and base and moulded-in, epoxy-sealed terminals. The gull-wing terminals provide mechanical stability during soldering and simplified solder joint inspection.
