The UJA1135HW/3V3Y is a buck/boost HS-CAN/ LIN system basis chip in 48 pin HTQFP package. The UJA1135HW/3V3Y System Basis Chip (SBC) contains buck/low-current boost SMPS, 3.3V 500mA low-drop voltage regulator, 5V 100mA auxiliary voltage regulator, CAN FD transceiver up to 2Mbit/s, 1 x LIN transceivers, 8 x high-voltage I/Os, 4 x timers for HVIO control, A/D converter for monitoring the battery voltage, watchdog timer, LIMP pin, advanced LIMP function, SPI interface, reset output, EN pin for controlling critical hardware, mode control such as normal, standby, sleep and overtemperature warning and shutdown. To satisfy the demand for SBCs that operate at low battery supply voltages and feature low power dissipation, a SMPS with automatic down (buck mode) or up conversion (boost mode) has been integrated into IC. The boost stage of the UJA1135 has limited output current capability and suitable for supplying the memory in a microcontroller to prevent information being lost.
