The ICM7555IBAZ is a CMOS RC general purpose timer in 8 pin SOIC package. It provides significantly improved performance over standard SE/NE 555/6 and 355 timers while at same time being direct replacements for those devices in most applications. Improved parameters include low supply current, wide operating supply voltage range, low threshold, no crowbarring of supply current during output transitions, higher frequency performance and no requirement to decouple control voltage for stable operation. The ICM7555 is capable of producing accurate time delays or frequencies.

- Extremely low input current of 20pA
- High speed operation of 1MHz
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 18V
- Temperature stability of 0.005%/°C at 25°C
- Adjustable duty cycle
- High output source/sink driver can drive TTL/CMOS
- Timing from microseconds through hours
- Operates in both astable and monostable modes
- Operating temperature range from -25°C to 85°C
