BV1HJ180EFJ-CE2 is an automotive IPD series 1ch high-side switch with output abnormality detection. It has a built-in overcurrent limit function, thermal shutdown protection function, open load detection function, low power output-OFF function, and short-to-VCC detection function. It is equipped with a diagnostic output function for abnormality detection. It also operates in a deep drop of supply voltage, so it can deal with cold cranking. Application includes resistance load, inductance load and capacitance load for automotive application.
- HTSOP-J8 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +150°C
- Power supply operating range from 4 to 28V, on-resistance (Tj = 25°C) 180mohm (typ)
- Overcurrent limitis 2.0A (min), standby current (Tj is 25°C) 0.5μA (max)
- Active clamp tolerance (Tj is 25°C) 55mJ, UVLO detection voltage is 2.8V (max)
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1), built-in dual TSD
- Built-in overcurrent protection function (OCP)
- Built-in open load detection function
- Built-in short-to-VCC detection function
- Built-in diagnostic output
- Monolithic power management IC with control unit (CMOS) and power MOSFET mounted on a single chip
