Dual mode Qi/PMA wireless power receiver with integrated high efficiency synchronous rectifier. It includes a wireless power receiver, 1MHz programmable buck converter with simplified basic Li-polymer/Li-Ion battery charger function and embedded microcontroller which allows a very wide range of customization and different standard supports. The integrated 2Kbyte of NVM memory stores the customized parameters via JTAG or I2C interface of the device. The embedded microcontroller communicates with the host platform through an I2C interface. The device contains blocks for frequency detection and driver for external switch for the resonant frequency change. Typical applications include cellular phones, PDAs and navigation systems.
