TSZ124IYPT is a very high accuracy (5µV) zero drift micropower 5V operational amplifier in a 14 pin TSSOP package. It offers very low input offset voltage with virtually zero drift. The TSZ124 offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400 kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40 µA at 5V. The devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. This features make the TSZ12x family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications and portable applications.
- Very high accuracy and stability of offset voltage 5µV max at 25°C, 8 µV over full temperature range
- Low supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.5V
- Low power consumption of 40µA maximum at 5V
- Gain bandwidth product of 400kHz
- High tolerance to ESD of 4KV HBM
- Extended temperature range from -40 to 125°C
