Kintex™ UltraScale FPGA is a high-performance with a focus on price/performance, using both monolithic and stacked silicon interconnect (SSI) technology. High DSP and block RAM-to-logic ratios and transceivers, combined with low-cost packaging, enable an optimum blend of capability and cost. The family is ideal for packet processing in 100G networking and data centre applications as well as DSP-intensive processing needed in next- generation medical imaging, 8k4k video, and heterogeneous wireless infrastructure.
